BANKRUPTCY EXPERIENCE IN MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS:
Attorney for individuals, businesses and municipalities that are in financial stress; workouts with creditors outside of bankruptcy and through Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and Chapter 9, and in Chapter 7 cases.
Attorney for creditors in workouts and bankruptcy. Help businesses, individuals, and municipalities deal with others who are in financial stress. Successfully defend creditors in preferential transfer actions brought by bankruptcy Trustees and businesses in Chapter 11 cases. Created and helped implement strategies to reduce losses from bankruptcies for national consumer retailer, and assisted in their successful implementation.
Chapter 7 Trustee. Administered and supervised the administration of consumer cases and the liquidation of several significant businesses including a national chain of pet stores, a national retailer and a local dairy.
Attorney for Bankruptcy Trustees in administering bankruptcy estates. Represent two Chapter 7 Trustees in recovering preferential and fraudulent transfers, liquidating assets, and litigating and resolving disputes involving liens, security interests and claims.
Chapter 13 Trustee. Administered court-supervised pay-back plans for consumer debtors.
